This is a free pattern. On the back of this label, and then this is called the lark's foot blanket this is they? You actually use this dark gray and the red in this one or the cranberry, rather in this example - and this is a free pattern on this label too. So these are both two beautiful blankets you can make with this yarn or you can go to yarn spiration calm, to see some more things, so that is the yarn 101 for Burnett blanket.
We're going to be learning all about Burnett's blanket yarn. This is a super bulky yarn, it's classified as a six, and it is 100 % polyester. Each fall of this is 108 yards or 98 meters, and it is machine washable and dryable, and I really when I was at the craft store. I really this yarn really stuck out to me not only because it's so big and lofty, but because each strand is very unusual. It feels like a fleece blanket or-or like a chenille fabric, and I just thought it looked perfect for a blanket.
Obviously the name is Burnett blanket, but it just it just has this wonderful squishy really cozy quality and for the knitters out there it is recommended that you use an 8 millimeter u.s. 11 knitting needle for the crochet errs. They recommend an 8 millimeter you SL hook, and I will provide a link to the fiber flux blog post, where I have this some yarn 101, and that will have information about purchasing this yarn if you're looking for this yarn in the store. So I just wanted to take this yarn label off and we'll just put this aside for a moment.
