Wolf fur blanket in the first step. The furs are squared and any extraneous fur is removed. The goal of this process is to ensure that the furs are consistent in size and shape. The next step is a thorough examination of each fur piece. Any substandard areas of the fur are carefully removed with a forger's knife. In the next step, we sort the furs according to their size and color. This guarantees that the colors of the final product are consistent.
We then sew the separate fur pieces together using a specialized sewing machine solely designed for working with furs by sewing the first together. In this way, we guarantee that the stitches will not be visible on the final product. We then moisten the leather in order to make it soft and malleable. The furs are then folded and left for 15 minutes to absorb the moisture. As soon as the leather is soft, we tack the fur to our work table in this step.
We add the soft backing material to the blanket the surface area of the fur is measured and the backing is cut to size. We are also able to accommodate your requests to the backing material wool. Fleece, cashmere, and silk materials are all available in addition to the creation of new products. We also refurbish old fur products for our clients. We disassemble the old product completely and all of the materials that aren't fur are removed to be replaced later with new fabrics. The old furs are cleaned in the same way as the fawn light fox blanket in the tumbler.
